These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Katalystor websites, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

Katalystor is a Dubai real estate platform for buying, renting, and managing property, including off-plan and secondary market listings, mortgage advisory, and landlord property management. The Services also include software tools for real estate workflows such as property and unit records, tenant and request tracking, and related account features for website visitors, clients, and platform users.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities performed under your account.

2. Permitted Use

You may use the Services only for lawful business and personal purposes. You agree not to:

• Violate applicable laws or regulations.
• Upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content.
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
• Interfere with service integrity, performance, or security.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Katalystor a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the Services.

4. Service Access

Landlord account access and core portal functionality are subject to these Terms and any applicable service fees communicated at signup or in your service agreement.

5. Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with third-party providers (for example, authentication, notifications, and analytics). Your use of those services may be subject to separate third-party terms.

6. Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, legal requirements, or security risks. You may stop using the Services at any time.

7. Deactivation

For supported mobile experiences, users can deactivate account access in-app. Deactivation may disable future access until reinstated by Katalystor support or policy.

8. Disclaimers

Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Katalystor is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
