The Wilds Residences is Aldar Properties' mid-rise apartment phase within The Wilds — a forest-themed master community in Wadi Al Safa 3 developed through a joint venture with Dubai Holding. Launched in March 2026 following the complete sellout of the villa phase, which generated AED 5 billion in sales, this release comprises 740 homes across six mid-rise buildings.
